Couldn't have gone better! I would give this company more than 5 stars if I could! I called and requested a quote for two garage doors, 1 double and 1 single from about 7 local companies. The range of price was about a $4000 difference from high to low! Reason why we went with CASP? Their quote in person was the same as the estimate over the phone. Quick responses to email questions. PLUS ,unlike any of the other companies who all sold the same brand of garage doors, they sold doors from a Canadian Company and it wasn't more expensive buying "local"! Not only was the R factor more than double what everyone was offering, it was Canadian ( all others were from the states). I googled peoples reviews on the Steel-Craft Doors and couldn't find anything bad. The turn around time from confirming order was 1 week! compared to 4-6 with the other companies. The installers came, disassembled the old doors, took them away and installed the new ones all within hours including the new motors and wireless keyless entry. AND they swept and cleaned up! I wouldn't hesitate calling CASP Garage Doors again. They've been around for a long time as well. Found out they installed our old garage doors 25 years ago! (could tell by initials left with the date on one of the beams) So if you are looking for a great local company that gives very competitive rates as well as sells CANADIAN products, go with CASP.

Fixed Non-Opening Garage Door
Would like to thank Jonas (owner) who came out personally to take a look at my door and offer a quote to fix our door. I was so relieved and impressed that he new exactly what was wrong and gave a quote that included a much needed service to the door (springs, chain, lubrication & more). John who has been with the company for 30+ years arrived on time and got straight to work...an hour or so later it was done and the door was working like new. What I really appreciated about this company that their was no hard upsell and suggestion to replace everything, John & Jonas told me I had a great unit (20 + years old) and that they have or can get parts to fix pretty much anything for it. John did suggest that we get an annual service and that after all this time and the age of the unit, "don't be surprised if the springs go" as they do have a lifespan like any metal that is under constant movement. I have no hesitation in recommending this company, and will be in touch next year for my service call. Cost of replacing part in motor and complete service was $150.00, and could not have been happier with value received in relation to money spent. Thank you CASP.

Great Garage Door Service
One of my garage doors was not working properly and since I was not happy nor impressed with my previous garage door company who had installed the doors, I decided to find someone else. Despite being 2 hours late (I realize these things can happen), CASP Garage Doors repaired the door and provided maintenance service on the other. Janne was very knowledgeable, looked over everything and made sure both doors were working properly. He took the time to explain the reasons what was wrong with the one door (incorrect installation of doors) and provided advice on how to prevent the doors from malfunctioning in the future. I'll be using them again if needed.

We phoned this company at 5pm one evening last week. Our garage door wouldn't open.my car was inside. The lady was very helpful. she told my husband what the problem was, the cost and said that someone would be there between 10 and 11am.He was there at 10.10 and the job was finished by 11am. this I consider to be excellent service !!

Great Price
Jonas gave me a great price on 2 9x7 R16 steel garage doors that included installation, removal of old doors and a new door opener. He was the only estimator that noticed my old opener needed a repair. The installer did a good job and everything was clean. Still waiting for Jonas to come out for a minor adjustment though.

Straight-Forward & Easy to Deal With
This happened some time ago but better late than never. I called the company for an estimate to replace two overhead garage doors using my existing tracks. (The bottom two panels of my 30 year old wood & composite doors were in bad shape.) The estimator arrived at the appointed time and after some discussion regarding options he wrote his price on a piece of paper and we shook hands on it. I phoned a few days later to have the work done and the installer arrived at the exact time we agreed on. He finished in the 6 hours estimated. This included disassembling the old doors and loading them in his truck for disposal, making some modifications to my existing tracks and leaving the work area spotless. He then handed me a bill for the EXACT price quoted. I wish all businesses were this straight-forward and easy to deal with. And the new doors worked perfectly.
